From our humble beginnings in the meatpacking district of New York some three generations ago, to the day we opened the doors to The Butcher Shoppe in Toronto’s Kensington Market, our family’s passion has always been artisan butchery. It’s these deep roots that keep us committed to the traditional way of doing things — like custom orders, old-school methods and a personal, hands-on approach — even as we’ve grown into the wholesale trade across Southern Ontario.
